The Project of Creating Own Business Entity - Business Plan

Abstract:

Hlavním cílem diplomové práce je založení podnikatelského subjektu na základě vytvořeného podnikatelského plánu pro životaschopnou společnost s ručením omezeným v oblasti elektroinstalací a elektro revizí. Celá práce je rozdělena na tři části. První, teoretická část práce zahrnuje obecné informace spojené s podnikáním a náležitostmi podnikatelského plánu, které jsou východiskem pro vypracování části praktické. Druhá, praktická část práce obsahuje analýzy potřebné pro zhodnocení vlivů působících na podnik jak externě, tak interně. PEST analýza analyzuje politické, ekonomické, sociální a technologické vlivy, SWOT analýza pomůže k odhalení silných a slabých stránek, hrozeb a příležitostí. Poslední, tedy projektová část diplomové práce obsahuje předpokládaná data týkající se variabilních a fixních nákladů, výdajů a tržeb firmy. Dále finanční plán, rozvahu, výkaz zisku a ztráty k 31.12.2023 a následně predikci finančních výsledků pro následující rok. Nedílnou součástí diplomové práce je časová a riziková analýza.

Abstract:

The main objective of the thesis is to establish a business entity based on business plan for a viable company with limited liability in the field of wiring and electrical revisions. The thesis is divided into three parts. The first, theoretical part includes general information related to business and the requirements of the business plan, which is the starting point for elaboration of the practical part. The second, practical part contains the analyzes needed to evaluate the effects on both externally and internally. PEST analysis analyzes political, economic, social, technological influences, SWOT analysis will help to reveal strengths and weaknesses, threats, opportunities. The project part contains expected data on variable and fixed costs, expenditure, sales of the company. Furthermore, the financial plan, balance sheet, profit, and loss statement and subsequently prediction of financial results for the following year. An integral part of the thesis is time and risk analysis.
