Abstract:
Cílem bakalářské práce je na zhodnocení fungování sociálních služeb v Novém domově v Karviné z pohledu klientů. Teoretická část popisuje systém sociálních služeb v České republice a jednotlivé služby, které jsou zaměřeny na seniory. Obsah praktické části je složen z kvantitativního výzkumu, který hodnotí spokojenost uživatelů v domově pro seniory Nový domov Karviná.
Abstract:
The aim of the bachelor thesis is to evaluate the functioning of social services in the Novy domov in Karviná from the perspective of clients. The theoretical part describes the system of social services in the Czech Republic and individual services that are aimed at seniors.
