Bakalářská práce se zabývá problémem mobbingu a bossingu na pracovišti. Teoretická část práce rozebírá druhy šikany na pracovišti a dále právní normy, které se této problematiky týkají. The bachelor thesis deals with the problem of mobbing and bossing in the workplace. The theoretical part of the thesis analyzes the types of bullying in the workplace and also the legal norms related to this issue.
