Abstract:

Diplomová práce se zabývá významem metodologických aspektů chemického vzdělávání v období informační společnosti. V teoretické části práce pojednává o chemickém experimentu reálném i virtuálním a zaměřuje se na měření pH. V praktické části byl proveden experiment reálný i virtuální s tematikou měření pH v rámci laboratorních cvičení z chemie na základní škole. Obě varianty laboratorních cvičení byly vyhodnoceny pomocí analýzy vyplněných pracovních listů, které obsahovaly tři úrovně úloh: měření pH různých vzorků chemických látek, formulace hypotéz o změnách pH měřených roztoků a jejich ověřování, volná odpověď k dalším souvislostem kyselosti a zásaditosti roztoků a jejich měření. Výsledky této analýzy byly porovnány s výsledky žáků v didaktickém testu zaměřeném na kyselost a zásaditost vodných roztoků a na měření pH, zadaném po absolvování obou variant laboratorních prací, a s názory žáků na práci v reálném a ve virtuálním prostředí zjišťovaným pomocí dotazníku. Interpretace výsledků vede k doporučením pro využívání obou variant laboratorních prací s postižením výhod a problémů každé z nich.

Abstract:

The diploma thesis deals with the significance of methodological aspects in general chemical education in the era of information technologies. In theoretical part this work concerns with real and virtual chemical experiment and focuses on pH measurements. Both types of experiments with pH measurement were performed in the practical part. These experiments were included into chemistry laboratory lessons at a basic school. Both the variants of laboratory lessons were analysed through the use of filled work sheets with three levels of exercises: pH measurements of several chemical substances, formulation and verification of hypotheses about the changes of the pH and open answers to some further connections with solutions` acidity and alkalinity and its measuring. The results of this analysis were compared with the results of pupils in didactical test focused on water solutions` acidity and alkalinity and on pH measurements. This didactical test was performed after both laboratory lessons with real and virtual measurements. Pupils also answered questionnaires about their opinions on working in real and virtual environments. The results` reading leads to recommendations for using both variants of laboratory lessons, respecting their advantages and disadvantages.
