Obsahem předkládané diplomové práce je analýza interpretačních mechanismů v rámci Úmluvy OSN o smlouvách o mezinárodní koupi zboží se zaměřením na čl. 8. This work deals with an analysis of the interpretation rules within the scope of The United Nations Convention on Contracts for the International Sale of Goods (CISG) with a special regard to an Article 8.
