Abstract:

Cílem práce je hodnocení investičních projektů. Hodnocení probíhá z pohledu osoby a hodnotí se podnikatelský záměr. Zda se vyplatí z budoucího hlediska investovat spíše do automobilu (veterán), nebo je lepší investovat do nemovitosti. Konkrétně se jedná o obytný dům, kde se v přízemí nachází komerční prostory, dále se tu simulují tři různé varianty úprav a následného využití této nemovitosti. K hodnocení jednotlivých investic se využívá několik metod, které jsou popsané v teoretické části této práce.

Abstract:

The aim of the study is to evaluate investment projects. Evaluation takes place from the perspective of the person and evaluate the business plan. Whether it is worth in terms of the future to invest more in the car (veteran), or is it better to invest in real estate. Specifically, the residential building where the ground floor is commercial space, as well as to simulate the three variations of adjustment and subsequent use of that property. The evaluation of individual investments using several methods, which are described in the theoretical part.
