Nuclear magnetic resonance (NMR) spectroscopy is a valuable approach for quantifying plant metabolites and monitoring metabolic changes. Using this technique, significant plant metabolite changes emerge, with the advantages of a non-destructive, high-throughput and reproducible method that excels in structure elucidation.
