Abstract:

Diplomová práce se zabývá tématy ,,inovace a podnikatelský projekt". V teoretické části je s využitím odborné literatury věnována pozornost pojmu projekt, inovace, certifikace firem a SWOT analýza. Pro praktickou část diplomové práce byla vybrána společnost Vodní stavby Group, s.r.o. Práce poskytuje komplexní pohled na situaci podniku v období hospodářské krize. Je provedeno zhodnocení vnitřního prostředí podniku a vnějšího prostředí a jejich vliv na činnost podniku. Výsledky těchto zhodnocení jsou aplikovány ve SWOT analýze a následně jsou navrhnuta strategická opatření pro přežití hospodářské krize. Dále je popsána a zhodnocena certifikace firmy normami ISO 9001, ISO 14001, OHSAS 18001. Na základě uvedených analýz a hodnocení jsou navrhnuty strategická opatření a cíle společnosti pro rok 2015. Cílem diplomové práce je zpracování návrhu strategických opatření pro eliminaci vlivů ekonomické krize ve stavebnictví ve vybrané stavební firmě.

Abstract:

The Diploma Work deals with the topics of "the innovation and the business project". Using specialized literature, the theoretical part focuses on the following terms: a project, innovation, certification of companies and the SWOT analysis. Vodní stavby Group, s.r.o. is a company that was chosen for the practical part of the Diploma Work. The Diploma Work provides a comprehensive view of the company's situation in the period of an economic crisis. The company's internal environment and external environment are evaluated as well as their influence on the company's activities. The results of this evaluation are applied in the SWOT analysis and then measures for survival of the economic crisis are proposed. In addition, the company's certification using standards ISO 9001, ISO 14001 and OHSAS 18001 is described and assessed. On the basis of the analyses and assessment mentioned above the company's strategic goals for 2015 are proposed. The aim of the Diploma Work is to prepare a proposal for elimination of the influences of the economic crisis in the area of civil engineering in the construction company chosen.
