Regional education and its financing

Abstract:

Předložená diplomová práce se zaměřuje na financování regionálního školství na základních školách. Cílem práce je zhodnotit přínosy i negativní dopady reformy. V teoretické části této práce je představen systém financování regionálního školství v České republice před reformou do roku 2019 a po reformě od roku 2020. V praktické části je provedena analýza činnosti a financování vybraných základních škol a prezentovány výsledky řízených rozhovorů s řediteli nebo ředitelkami vybraných základních škol v souvislosti s reformou financování regionálního školství.

Abstract:

The submitted diploma thesis focuses on the financing of regional education in primary schools. The aim of this work is to evaluate the benefits and negative impacts of the reform. The theoretical part of this work presents the system of financing regional education in the Czech Republic before the reform until 2019 and after the reform since 2020. The practical part analyzes the activities and financing of selected primary schools and the results of controlled interviews with principals of selected primary schools in the context of the reform of regional education funding.
