Abstract:

Tématem bakalářské práce je: "Edukace u pacientů se stomií". Hlavním cílem bakalářské práce je zjistit znalosti pacientů se stomií po edukaci. Jako úkoly práce jsem si zvolila zjistit znalosti pacientů v oblasti výživy,ošetřovatelské péče a zjistit znalosti pacientů se stomií pro běžný život. V teoretické části jsem se zabývala popisem stomií včetně jejich historie, rozdělením stomií na střevě, indikacemi pro založení střevní stomie, operačními výkony vedoucí pro založení stomie, péčí o stomie, komplikacemi stomií a stomickými pomůckami. Dále vymezuje pojem edukace včetně edukačního procesu, edukaci stomiků v oblasti výživy, ošetřování stomie a životního stylu. V poslední kapitole teoretické části jsou popsány domácí a zahraniční studie týkající se stomií. Praktická část byla zpracována a vyhodnocena na základě kvantitativního výzkumného šetření pomocí dotazníků. Cíloví respondenti byli pacienti se střevní stomií, kteří navštěvují stomickou poradnu v Masarykově nemocnici v Ústí nad Labem a stomickou poradnu v nemocnici Děčín. Výsledky šetření jsou zaznamenány v tabulkách a grafech.

Abstract:

The topic of my bachelor thesis is: "Education of patiens with a stoma". The purpose of the bachelor thesis is to determine an amount of knowledge of patiens with stoma after education process. As the main tasks I chose to detect the amount of knowledge of patiens when it comes to nutrition, nursing care of the stomy and experience of everyday life.The theoretical part of my thesis is focused on describing of the stoma, its history, division according to its placement and indication of its creation. Furthermore it contains nursing care, complications and available stoma aids. Than I described education of stoma patiens in nutrition department, nursing care and appropriate lifestyle. In the last chapter are described domestic and foreign studies on similar topic. The practical part was prepared and evaluated based on guantitative research using guestionnaires. Respondents were patiens of an ostomy clinic in the Masarykova nemocnice in Ústí nad Labem and ostomy clinic of Nemocnice Děčín. The results of the research are reported in tables and graphs in the practical part of the thesis.
