Tato práce se zaměřuje na vývoj metod pro rychlé a citlivé stanovení oligosacharidů obzvláště glykanů pomocí vysoce účinné separační techniky - kapilární elektroforézy s hmotnostně spektrometrickou detekcí. This thesis is focused on development of methods for fast and sensitive determination of oligosaccharides especially glycans by a high performance technique - capillary electrophoresis with mass spectrometric detection.
