Tato práce se zabývá strukturními studiemi lektinu (protein specificky vázající sacharidy) CV-IIL z bakterie Chromobacterium violaceum a glykosyltransferasy rv3782 z bakterie Mycobacterium tuberculosis. Práce je rozdělena na dvě části. Thesis is focused on structure studies of lectin (carbohydrate binding protein) CV-IIL from bacteria Chromobacterium violaceum and glycosyltransferase rv3782 from bacteria Mycobacterium tuberculosis.
