Abstract:
Bakalářská práce se zabývá problematikou služeb poskytovaných zákazníkům, jako součást hodnoty pro zákazníka. Práce popisuje samotnou hodnotu pro zákazníka, vysvětluje tento pojem a přibližuje modely hodnoty pro zákazníka.
