Abstract:
Cílem předkládané diplomové práce je návrh implementace metodiky balanced scorecard v neziskové organizaci. Uvedenému návrhu předchází analytika dle metodik několika analytických nástrojů, jako je analýza okolního a oborového prostředí, analýza vnitřního prostředí a SWOT analýza. Na základě dat je konstruován návrh implementace.
Abstract:
The thesis examines how to use the balanced scorecard methodology implementation in the nonprofit organization. It uses several analytical tools, such as environmental analysis, analysis of the internal environment, the analysis of the internal environment and SWOT analysis. The analysis results are used in the proposal part and support the proposed recommendations for the organization.
