Abstract:
Byly připraveny substituované 2-amino-3-fenylpropanamidy, z nichž byly syntetizovány příslušné 5-benzyl-2-(pyridin-2-yl)imidazolidin-4-ony v opticky čisté formě. Jednotlivé diastereoizomery byly separovány pomocí sloupcové chromatografie a byla určena absolutní konfigurace na stereogenních centrech pomocí 1H NMR 1D NOESY experimentů. Abstract:
Optically pure 5-benzyl-2-(pyridin-2-yl)imidazolidin-4-ones were prepared from substituted 2-amino-3-phenylpropanamides. Both diastereomers were separated by column chromatography and absolute configurations were determinated by 1H NMR 1D NOESY experiments.
