Evalutation of social work organisation´s financial management

Abstract:

Diplomová práce propojuje problematiku neziskového sektoru a sociálních služeb v návaznosti na ekonomické aspekty, které ovlivňují samotné hospodaření organizací nestátního neziskového sektoru sociální služby seniorům. Práce je rozdělena na dvě části, a to na teoretickou a empirickou část. Teoretická část se zaměřuje na sociální služby jako součást neziskového sektoru v současné společnosti. Empirická část pojímá hodnocení vybrané nestátní neziskové organizace za určité časové období jako základ pro formulaci konkrétních návrhů pro její budoucí hospodaření.

Abstract:

This thesis links the issue of the non-profit sector and social services in relation to the economic aspects that affect the actual management of the organization nongovernmental sector social services for seniors. This thesis is divided into two parts, on the theoretical and empirical part. The theoretical part focuses on social services as part of the nonprofit sector in contemporary society. The empirical part conceives evaluation of a selected non-profit organization for a certain period of time as a basis for formulating specific proposals for its future management.
