Abstract:

Bakalářská práce se zabývá experimentální studií využití technologického odpadu práškového polymeru PA12 z aditivní výroby Multi Jet Fusion v procesu vstřikování plastů. Hodnoceny jsou základní mechanické, tepelné a strukturní vlastnosti výstřiků v závislosti na typu a množství technologického odpadu. Výsledky jsou porovnávány s vlastnostmi výstřiků, které byly zhotoveny z originálního polymeru. Využití technologického odpadu je provedeno také z hlediska hodnocení životnosti výstřiků, které bylo simulováno jejich tepelným zatížením při teplotě 140 °C po dobu až 1000 hodin.

Abstract:

The bachelor's thesis deals with an experimental study of the use of technological waste of polymer powder PA12 from the additive production Multi Jet Fusion in the process of injection moulding of plastics. The basic mechanical, thermal and structural properties of injected samples depending on the type and amount of technological waste are evaluated. The results are compared with the properties of the injected samples, which were made of the original polymer. The use of technological waste is also made in terms of evaluating the life of injected samples, which was simulated by their thermal load at a temperature of 140 °C for up to 1000 hours.
