Abstract:

Bakalářská práce se zaměřuje na současné výzvy v oblasti získávání zaměstnanců, moderní metody náboru, význam nabídky stáží pro bankovní sektor a poskytuje na ně ucelený pohled. Důležitost tématu je v práci odvozena od významných demografických změn na trhu práce v České republice, které zmiňuje ve svých výstupech Český statistický úřad a které pozorují zaměstnavatelé při náborových aktivitách napříč sektory. Tato práce vychází z interních dat České národní banky a literární rešerše a popisuje možnosti boje proti nedostatku uchazečů o volné pozice. Byla použita kombinace kvalitativních a kvantitativních metod. Důležitou částí práce je analýza programu stáží v České národní bance. Stáže jsou totiž v ČNB považovány za klíčovou metodu pro získávání a přípravu budoucích zaměstnanců. Analýza ukazuje rostoucí zájem studentů o stáže a pozitivní zkušenosti stážistů s tímto programem v ČNB, stejně tak cílené budování employer brandingu a úspěch při obsazování uvolněných míst osvědčenými stážisty. Cílem práce je přispět k porozumění strategiím náboru zaměstnanců v současném dynamickém prostředí trhu práce a představit zkušenosti s implementací stáží do náborového procesu centrální banky.

Abstract:

The bachelor's thesis focuses on the current challenges in the area of recruitment, modern recruitment methods and the importance of offering internships for the banking sector and provides a comprehensive view of them. The importance of the topic of the thesis is derived from the significant demographic changes in the labour market in the Czech Republic, which are mentioned by the Czech Statistical Office in its outputs and observed by employers in their recruitment activities across sectors. Based on internal data from the Czech National Bank and a literature review, this thesis describes options for addressing the shortage of applicants for vacant positions. A combination of qualitative and quantitative methods was used. An important part of the thesis is the analysis of the internship programme at the CNB. This is because internships are considered a key method for recruiting and preparing future employees at the CNB. The analysis shows the growing interest of students in internships and the positive experiences of interns with the CNB programme, as well as targeted employer branding and success in filling vacancies with proven interns. The aim of the paper is to contribute to the understanding of recruitment strategies in the current dynamic labour market environment and to present the experience of implementing internships in the central bank's recruitment process.
