Abstract:
Diplomová práce pojedná o prvním z velkých mezinárodních procesů svého druhu s válečnými zločinci, který se konal v letech 1945-46 v německém Norimberku. V práci bude diplomant charakterizovat tento proces v kontextu právním, historickém a politickém, přičemž se bude zaobírat i otázkou vlivu vítězných mocností na výsledek celého procesu a jeho následným dopadem na vývoj mezinárodního práva.
Abstract:
The thesis deals with the first of the major internetional processes of its kind, which took place in the years 1945-46 in Nuremberg, Germany. The master student will characterize this process in the context of legal, political and historical, will deal with the question of the victorious powers to influence the outcome of the process and its subsequent impact on the development of international law …more
