Diplomová práce se věnuje tématu uzavírání smluv obecně a následně zaměřuje svoji pozornost na adhezní smlouvy. Cílem je demonstrovat odlišnosti tradičního smluvního práva založeného na vzájemném konsensu a adhezních smluv, u kterých je značně omezen princip smluvní svobody. The subject of the diploma thesis is a general way of entering into a contract and subsequently the attention is paid to contracts of adhesion. The aim of the thesis is to demonstrate the differences between a traditional contractual law, which is based on a mutual consensus, and the contract of adhesion, which is characterized by limitation of freedom of will principle.
