Práce pojednává zejména o poskytování dotací, ale i návratných finančních výpomocí. Je zaměřena na objasnění základních pojmů souvisejících s tímto tématem, na možnosti zdrojů, na způsoby poskytování dotací, ale i na možnosti jejich odnětí, a s tím na právní úpravu dané problematiky.
