This bachelor thesis deals with quator Saint-Germain-des-Prés in Paris and its reflection in literature and jazz music. In the 20th century, this quarter became the center of intellectuals, philosophers, and musicians who made history in Saint-Germain-des-Prés. Tato bakalářská práce pojednává o pařížské čtvrti Saint-Germain-des-Prés a jeho odrazu v literatuře a jazzové hudbě. Ve 20. stoletím se tato čtvrť stala centrem intelektuálů, filosofů, hudebníků, kteří tvořili dějiny na Saint-Germain-des-Prés.
