Cílem diplomové práce "Ocenění podniku Opavia - LU, s.r.o." je vyhodnocení finanční situace a ocenění zvoleného podniku. Analýza je zpracována z pohledu externího uživatele pro účetní období 2009 až 2013. V metodické části jsou uvedeny ukazatele finanční analýzy, které jsou poté v praktické části zkoumány u samotného podniku. The aim of the thesis "Valuation of company Opavia - LU, Ltd." is to perform assessment of the financial situation and valuation of the selected company. The analysis is worked out from the perspective of external users for the accounting period 2009-2013.
