Abstract:
Diplomová práce je zaměřena na pojednání o věcněprávních prostředcích dluhu. Za tímto účelem budou předně osvětleny klíćové pojmy související s tématem, a také nastíněna historie zajišťovacích prostředků. Dále bude věnován prostor občanskému zákoníku jakožto klíčovému předpisu upravující tuto problematiky. Topic of my diploma thesis is securing a dept with the rights of rem. At the begining i will explatin some of the main terms, which are related to the topic and also put focus on historical development of rights in rem.
