Designing a Portfolio of Financial Products to Provide for Retirement

Abstract:

Diplomová práca sa zameriava na vytvorenie návrhu portfólia finančných produktov pre zaistenie na dôchodkový vek. Práca je rozdelená na teoretickú a praktickú časť, v ktorej je zároveň zahrnutá aj časť projektová. V teoretickej časti je spracovaná literárna rešerš z oblasti finančného systému, dôchodkového systému a možností investovania do finančných produktov s vymedzením investičných stratégií a možných rizík spojených s investovaním. Praktická časť obsahuje vymedzenie profilu investora z hľadiska vekovej a príjmovej kategórie, jeho investičnej stratégie a finančných cieľov s analýzou vývoja vymedzených trhov či už do minulosti, ale aj do budúcnosti. V projektovej časti je výstupom konkrétny návrh portfólia spolu s jeho nákladmi, možnými scenármi budúceho vývoja a prínosmi s rizikami.

Abstract:

This diploma thesis is focused on the creation of a proposal for a portfolio of financial products for a life insurance retirement. The work is divided into a theoretical and a practical part, which also includes a project part. In the theoretical part, a literature search is processed in the field of the financial system, the pension system and the possibilities of investing in financial products with the definition of investment strategies and possible risks associated with investing. The practical part contains the definition of the investor's profile in terms of age and income category, its investment strategy and financial goals with an analysis of the development of the defined markets in the past and also in the future. In the project part, the output is a specific proposal of the portfolio together with its costs, possible future development scenarios and benefits with risks.
