V bakalářské práci je nejprve popsán historický vývoj členění pozemků ve vazbě na první pozemkové katastry, dále je uvedena současná právní úprava změn druhu pozemků a definovány základní pojmy související s tématem. The bachelor work is first describing the historical development of classification of land in relation to first Land registers, then is listed the current legislation for changes of the type of land and defines the basic concepts related to the topic.
