Ve své bakalářské práci se zabývám bankovní regulací, jejími výhodami, nevýhodami a cíly. Analyzuji podmínky vstupu do českého bankovního sektoru. Rozebírám principy efektivního dohledu a popisuji pravidla obezřetného podnikání. Dále analyzuji princip Jednotné evropské licence a její důsledky na strukturu bankovního sektoru v České republice.
