Práce se věnuje vzájemným vazbám společné obchodní politiky a společné zahraniční a bezpečnostní politiky v právním rámci EU. Poskytuje právní východiska pro omezení exportu na evropském základě. Abstract:
This thesis examines the interdependence between the Common Trade Policy and the Common Foreign and Security Policy within the legal framework of the EU. It deals with legal base of export restrictions in the European Union’s trade policy. It attends to specific problems: sanctions against third countries, armaments and exports of dual-use goods.
