Cílem bakalářské práce je zhodnotit spokojenost uživatelů s poskytováním sociálních služeb ve vybrané organizaci a navrhnout možná zlepšení. Vybranou organizací je Charitní dům pokojného stáří sv. Františka v Bohumíně. Hodnocení spokojenosti je prováděno na základě dotazníkového výzkumu z pohledu klientů, zaměstnanců a rodinných příslušníků. Abstract:
The main objective of the bachelor’s thesis is to evaluate consumer satisfaction with the social care provided in a selected organisation and to suggest possible improvements. The organisation chosen for the assessment is St. Francis Nursing Home based in Bohumín (Charitní dům pokojného stáří sv. Františka).
