Diplomová práce pojednává o institutu ochranných známek a zjišťování jejich tržní hodnoty. V teoretické části práce se autor zabývá právním postavením ochranné známky, její funkcí, praktickým významem, účinky a právy vlastníka ochranné známky. The master's thesis deals with the institute of trade marks and determination of their market value. In the theoretical part, author deals with the legal status of the trade mark, the function, the practical importance, the effects and the rights of trademark owner.
