Bakalářská práce je zaměřena na komparaci hypotečních úvěrů a úvěrů ze stavebního spoření v případě financování vybraných druhů nemovitostí. Porovnání je provedeno na konkrétním příkladu existující nemovitosti v Brně. The bachelor thesis is focused on the comparison of mortgage loans and loans from building savings in the case of financing selected types of real estate. The comparison is made on a specific example of an existing property in Brno.
