Abstract:

Bakalářská práce se zabývá tématem penzijního připojištění. Zaměřuje se zejména na jeho výnosnost a regulaci. Z důvodu nedávného startu důchodové reformy na začátku roku 2013 jde o aktuální a často diskutované téma. Práce je rozdělena do tří částí. První část popisuje dopady důchodové reformy na penzijní připojištění a následně ho porovnává s nově vzniklým doplňkovým penzijním spořením. Druhá část obsahuje modelové příklady, které porovnávají výnosnost obou produktů. Třetí část se zabývá regulací tohoto produktu, zejména ze strany České národní banky. Cílem práce je analýza výnosnosti penzijního připojištění podle staré a nové legislativy a následné porovnání výhod a nevýhod. Přínosem práce je zpřístupnění informací o českém penzijním trhu veřejnosti. V závěru práce zmiňuje autor svůj vlastní názor na danou problematiku.

Abstract:

This thesis focuses on the topic pension plans. It focuses mainly on its profitability and regulation. Due to the recent launch of pension reform in early 2013 it is an actual and often discussed topic. The work is divided into three parts. The first part describes the impact of pension reform on pension fond and then compares it with the newly established supplementary pension savings. The second part contains the model examples that compare the profitability of both products. The third part focuses on the regulation of this product, especially by the Czech National Bank. The goal of this thesis is to analyze the profitability of pension fond under the old and new legislation and the subsequent comparation of advantages and disadvantages. Contribution of this thesis is to provide information about the czech pension market to the public. In conclusion of the thesis the author mentions his own opinion on the issue.
