Abstract:
Hlavním cílem této bakalářské práce je popis fungování clearingových organizací, toho, jaké služby poskytují a jaká jsou jejich hlavní specifika. V praktické části na příkladu společnosti „Clearstream Operations Prague s.r.o.“ můžeme posoudit, jak fungují servisní střediska clearingových organizací v realitě, zda jsou přínosná a generují zisk, anebo zda jsou pro hlavní společnost pouze nákladem.

The main objective of this bachelor thesis is to describe the functioning of clearing organizations, what services they provide and what are their main specifics.
