The main aim of the thesis is the proposal of the insurance product called Divorce insurance. The beginning of the thesis focuses on the problems of insurance. Cílem této práce je návrh pojistného produktu s názvem Pojištění manželství. Začátek práce je věnován problematice pojištění. Další část práce se zabývá manželstvím a rozvodem a identifikací prediktorů a korelantů rozvodovosti. Následuje rozbor faktorů ovlivňujících návrh pojistného produktu.
