Modern Methods for Quality Management and Reliability of Production, Business and Services
Abstract:
Cílem bakalářské práce bylo popsat a aplikovat moderní metody řízení jakosti a spolehlivosti vhodné pro konkrétní organizaci. V teoretické části jsou popsány obecné i konkrétní metody pro řízení jakosti a spolehlivosti. S využitím těchto nástrojů je v práci analyzována konkrétní organizace RETEX a.s. a na základě získaných poznatků je proveden návrh na jejich efektivní využití v této organizaci.
Abstract:
The objective of the thesis was to describe and apply modern methods of quality management suitable for the particular organization. The theoretical part describes the general and also specific methods for quality control and reliability.
