Bakalářská práce o mentální přípravě závodníků v motorsportu se zaměřuje na komplexní pohled na klíčové aspekty, začínaje analýzou koncentrace, stresové odolnosti, vizualizace a stanovování cílů. Postupně se zabývá i týmovou spoluprací, komunikací s médii, strachy, tlakem od týmu, sponzorů a obavami o pozici v šampionátu.
