Motivation of employees and its influence on the improvement of the company's performance
Abstract:
Cílem diplomové práce je prostřednictvím stanovených hypotéz potvrdit nebo vyvrátit současný trend poskytování nefinančních benefitů napříč organizační strukturou a zjistit, jak ovlivňuje motivace výkonnost zaměstnanců a zda jsou zaměstnanci, ochotní uvažovat o změně zaměstnání na liniových pozicích v souvislosti se systémem benefitního odměňování.
Abstract:
The aim of the thesis is to confirm or refute the current trend of providing non-financial benefits across the organisational structure, while also identifying the reasons for considering changing the employment of employees in line positions in relation to the benefit remuneration system and the influence of the working environment as a reason for changing employment.
