Využití sociálních sítí pro Competitive Intelligence v oblasti fitness center

Abstract:

Cílem této diplomové práce je využít proces Competitive Intelligence prostřednictvím sběru a analýzy informací na sociálních sítích v oblasti fitness center a na základě zjištění zprostředkovat návrh jejich využití pro začínající či méně prosperující podniky v tomto odvětví. V úvodu práce je popsána analýza současného stavu. Tato práce poskytuje přehled o podobných publikacích, které jsou následně popsány a porovnány. Teoretická část této práce je věnována oblasti Competitive Intelligence, sociálních sítí a definování pojmu fitness. Rovněž je vyobrazena současná situace fitness ve světě, ale i v České Republice a jsou identifikovány příchozí trendy. Praktická část diplomové práce využívá jednotlivé kroky procesu Competitive Inteligence pro identifikaci a lepší poznání konkurence. Informace získané z webových stránek a sociálních sítí jsou analyzovány pomocí nástroje pro konkurenční analýzu Socialty.io. Práce je zaměřena na profilové a obsahové metriky. V poslední části je identifikován návrh využití sociálních sítí v oblasti fitness center.

Abstract:

The aim of this diploma thesis is to use the process Competitive Intelligence through collection and analysis of information present on social sites in the fitness industry and based on the findings create a recommendation for start-ups or less prosperous businesses on how to use the social sites in this industry. Current state analysis is described in the introduction. This work provides an overview of similar thesis that are described and compared. The theoretical part of this diploma thesis is dedicated to the area of Competitive Intelligence, social sites and definition of term fitness. Furthermore, the current situation of fitness industry in the world but also in Czech Republic is shown and the upcoming trends are identified. In the practical part the individual steps of Competitive Intelligence process are used to identify and better understand the competition. Information obtained and gathered from web sites and social sites are analyzed via the competitor analysis tool Socialty.io. The thesis is focused on the profile and content metrics. In the last section are identified the suggestions for the use of social sites in the fitness industry.

Takisto je vyobrazená súčasná situácia fitness vo svete, ale aj v Českej Republike a sú identifikované prichádzajúce trendy. Praktická časť diplomovej práce využíva jednotlivé kroky procesu Competitive Inteligence pre identifikáciu a lepšie spoznanie konkurencie. Informácie získané z webových stránok a sociálnych sietí sú analyzované pomocou nástroja pre konkurenčnú analýzu Socialty.io. Práca je zameraná na profilové a obsahové metriky. V poslednej časti je identifikovaný návrh využitia sociálnych sietí v oblasti fitness centier.
