Anotácia:

Tato bakalářské práce „Zavádění Mezinárodních standardů účetního výkaznictví IFRS do praxe v české účetní jednotce“ popisuje obsah a převod účetní závěrky sestavené dle české účetní legislativy a účetní závěrky sestavené v souladu s IFRS. V teoreticko-metodologické části se nejprve věnuje mezinárodní harmonizaci účetnictví a historii Mezinárodních standardů účetního výkaznictví IFRS. V rámci procesu celosvětové harmonizace účetnictví a zavádění IFRS je zmíněn také Koncepční rámec, který je základním stavebním kamenem celé soustavy standardů. Následuje výčet relevantních IFRS, jejich tvorba, obecné srovnání s českou účetní legislativou a poukázání na rozdílnosti účetních výkazů při sestavování a prezentování účetní závěrky podle IFRS a českých účetních předpisů. Důležitým bodem teoretické části je také poslední kapitola, která je zaměřena na malé a střední podniky (MSP), zejména na nový Standard IFRS pro MSP, který vydala Rada IASB v červenci roku 2009. Cílem Standardu jsou určitá zjednodušení ve vykazování MSP na celosvětové úrovni. Aplikační část se zabývá implementací IFRS pro MSP do účetních jednotek malých a středních podniků a přípravou první účetní závěrky dle IFRS pro MSP v českém podniku. Z účetních výkazů je zvolena rozvaha a výsledovka, kde jsou znázorněny vybrané položky tak, aby byly v souladu s IFRS pro MSP.

Abstract:

This bachelor thesis „Implementation of International Financial Reporting Standards in a Czech accounting entity“describes the content and the transition of a financial statement structured according to the Czech accounting legislation with the International Financial Reporting Standards (IFRS). In the theoretical part it focuses on the global harmonization in accountancy and the history of IFRS. Within the topic of global accountancy harmonization and implementation of IFRS Conceptual framework, which is the basis of IFRS, is also mentioned. This is followed by a summary of relevant IFRS, creation of standards and general comparison to the Czech legislation. It also points out the differences in financial reporting when structured according to the Czech accounting rules and IFRS. A significant point of the theoretical part is the last chapter about Small and Medium-sized Entities (SME). The section about SME is focused mainly on the new Standard IFRS for SMEs, which was published by IASB in July 2009. The goal of the Standard lies in specific simplifications in reporting of SME at a worldwide level. The application part deals with implementation of IFRS for SMEs into accounting units of small and medium-sized businesses and the first-time adoption of financial reporting in a Czech accounting entity. From financial statements the balance sheet and the income statement were chosen, where selected some items are set and adjusted to comply with IFRS for SMEs.
