Bakalářská práce je rozdělena do tří oblastí. Teoretická část je zaměřena v první části na územní plánování a v druhé části na oceňování pozemků. Jsou zde popsány základní definice a pojmy, druhy pozemků, základní údaje a cenotvorné faktory, oceňování dle typů pozemků.
