Abstract:
Bakalářská práce je zaměřena na rybíz (Ribes L.). Literární část je věnována historii a významu pěstování. Jednotlivé kapitoly poskytují informace o způsobu pěstování (nároky na stanoviště, výsadba, tvarování a řez, výživa). Dále je uveden výčet nejčastějších chorob a škůdců a popsány některé odrůdy rybízu. Pozornost je věnována chemickému složení a zpracování rybízu v potravinářství. Experimentální …more
Abstract:
The bachelor's thesis is focused on currants (Ribes L.). The theoretical part is devoted to the history and importance of cultivation. Individual chapters provide information on the method of cultivation (habitat requirements, planting, shaping and cutting, nutrition).
