Abstract:
Práce se zaměřuje na popis, hodnocení a komparaci různých kariérních systémů pro učitele několika států s kariérním systémem v České republice. Je také možné zde nalézt několik rad pro zlepšení stávajícího českého kariérního systému pro učitele.
Abstract:
The project contains information about different career systems for teachers, comparative analysis of these systems with Czech career system. The last part is focused on suggestions for improving current Czech career system.
