Diplomová práce zkoumá na základě analýzy panelových dat vliv čínských přímých zahraničních investic (PZI) na ekonomický růst a exportní výkonnost 41 zemí subsaharské Afriky v letech 2003-2020. Za poslední dvě desetiletí se čínské PZI v subsaharské Africe značně navýšily. Podle růstové teorie vede nárůst investic ve svém důsledku ke zvýšení ekonomického růstu. Abstract:
The thesis investigates the effect of Chinese foreign direct investment (CFDI) on economic growth and export performance in 41 sub-Saharan African countries from 2003 to 2020, based on panel data. CFDI in sub-Saharan Africa has increased significantly over the last two decades. According to growth theory, an increase in investments leads to an increase in economic growth.
