Abstract:

Tématem této bakalářské práce je analýza montážního postupu CNC frézky a následný návrh změn slabých míst původního montážního postupu. Nejprve je však v teoretické popsána charakteristika a princip frézování, stroje a nástroje na frézování. Také je zmíněna problematika montážního postupu. V části aplikační je vytvořena analýza montážního postupu CNC frézky, poté jsou vypsány slabá místa, které by bylo vhodné změnit. V této části je také návrh změn po upravení původního montážního postupu. Následuje diskuse výsledků, návrhy opatření a závěrečné shrnutí práce.

Abstract:

The topic of this bachelor's thesis is the analysis of the assembly procedure of a CNC milling machine and the subsequent proposal of changes to the weak points of the original assembly procedure. First, however, the characteristics and principles of milling, machines and tools for milling are described in theory. The issue of the assembly procedure is also mentioned. In the application part, an analysis of the assembly procedure of the CNC milling machine is created, then weak points that should be changed are listed. This section also contains a proposal for changes after modifying the original assembly procedure. This is followed by a discussion of the results, suggestions for measures and a final summary of the work.
