Abstract:
Diplomová práce se zabývá problematikou svařování termoplastů. Převážná část je věnována ultrazvukovému svařování, jeho popisu, parametrům používaných zařízení, tvaru a velikosti svaru. Popsány jsou jednotlivé materiály vhodné pro ultrazvukové svařování. Praktická část je zaměřena na úpravu a dokončení svařovacího přípravku, přípravu zkušebních vzorků a optimalizaci svařovacího procesu. U vybraných …more

Master's thesis deals with welding of thermoplastics. The bulk of the thesis is devoted on ultrasonic welding, description of the device, process parameters, shape and size of the weld. Individual materials are described as appropriate for ultrasonic welding.
