Abstract:
Cílem této bakalářské práce je zjistit spokojenost klientů pečovatelské služby s nabízenými službami, cílovou skupinou pečovatelství jsou ve velké míře senioři. Zjišťující metodou byl kvantitativní výzkum. Klientům byly rozdány dotazníky, na jejichž základě byla data zhodnocena. Abstract:
The aim of this bachelor's thesis is to find out the satisfaction of care service clients with the services offered, the target group of care is largely seniors. The research method was quantitative research. Questionnaires were distributed to the clients, based on which the data was evaluated.
