Analýza rizikových skupin žen na trhu práce - studie konkrétního případu

Abstract:

Ve své práci se zabývám problematikou rizikových skupin u žen na trhu práce, konkrétně čerstvé absolventky a ženy nad padesát let. Cílem práce je zhodnotit, zda trh práce je opravdu nevyrovnaný z hlediska pohlaví a jestli dané skupiny žen jsou stále rizikovou skupinou, která má problém najít v nouzi práci. K dosažení cílů jsem použila metody komparace žen na trhu České republiky a jižních Čech, metodu SWOT znázorňující silné a slabé stránky rizikových skupin, řízené rozhovory a největším přínosem pro mě je mnou vytvořený dotazník, na který mi odpovědělo množství žen a já tak získala všeobecný rozhled o názorech veřejnosti. Zjistila jsem, co zaměstnavatelům nejvíce vadí na studentkách, které zrovna čerstvě odpromovaly či odmaturovaly a starších ženách, proč by dali přednost jiné uchazečce nebo by zcela upřednostnili muže. V závěru navrhuji řešení, jak napomoci zlepšení nebo úplnému vyvrácení stavu mých potvrzených hypotéz. Hlavním bodem je větší osamostatnění absolventek a snaha zabránit starším ženám upadnout do stereotypu a zvýšit jejich zájem o sebevzdělání.

Abstract:

In my diploma thesis I deal with the labor market problems of risk women groups which mean especially graduates and women older than 50 years. The main aim of this thesis is to find out if the labor market is really uneven in light of gender and if those women groups still have problems to find a job. In order to reach the aims of this thesis I used methods of comparing women in the market of Czech Republic and South Bohemia, SWOT method showing strong points and weaknesses of those risk women groups, interviews and the most beneficial method was my own questionnaire which brought me a general overview of public opinions. I learned why employers prefer men or the other women except of mentioned women groups. I my diploma thesis the uneven market hypotheses were confirmed and I propose the way how to solve or at least reduce these problems. The main point of that solution concerning graduates is to become more independent and in case of older women to prevent a stereotype of their life and to increase their interest in the self-improvement.
