Tato diplomová práce se zabývá podílem na společnosti s ručením omezeným se zaměřením na mnohost podílů a druhy podílů. Vyjma nastínění vývoje právní úpravy a stručného vymezení podílu je smyslem této práce proniknutí do problematiky mnohosti podílů a druhů podílů, identifikace sporných otázek s nimi souvisejících a odhalení jejich možných aplikačních nedostatků i praktického přínosu.
