Tato diplomová práce se zabývá problematikou právního institutu moratoria, který má své místo v insolvenčním řízení podle zákona č. 182/2006 Sb., o úpadku a způsobech jeho řešení (insolvenční zákon). Práce se věnuje především detailní analýze platné právní úpravy a jejímu hodnocení, úvahám nad smyslem moratoria v českém právním řádu a rozboru poznatků o využívání tohoto institutu v praxi. This diploma thesis deals with the issue of moratorium, which occurs in terms of insolvency proceedings under Act No. 182/2006 Coll., on Bankruptcy and Its Settlement Methods (the Insolvency Act).
