Abstract:
Práce pojednává o rozdílu příspěvkové organizace zřízené zřizovatelem a financované dle zákona 250/2000 Sb. a příspěvkové organizaci Centrum pečovatelských a ošetřovatelských služeb Město Touškov, na jejímž financování se podílí zřizovatel a další města a obce na základě smluvního vztahu.
Abstract:
The thesis discusses the difference between contributory organizations established by the founder of and funded by the Law 250/2000 Coll, and director of Center for care and nursing services Touskov City, on whose founder is involved in financing and other towns and villages on a contract basis.
